Abstract: it’s an essay on Human Rights and visa, in the perspective of italian Law of immigration. The main aim is to consider the special protection, given under the new italian law (decreto-legge 21 ottobre 2020 n. 130), as a result of the ancient principle of Humanitas. This may contribute to a different perspective in law in action and in judicial review.
